It is by divine appointment today that you have entered into the Recovery Zone. Restored Ministries International, Inc., is a ministry of service birthed out of travail, severe loss and broken pieces - whose mandate is to reach all those trapped in the cave of Adullum places of their lives. If you find yourself in distress, in debt, discontented and without hope, then the message of deliverance and victory through Jesus Christ is for you! My destiny assignment through this valley ministry is to empower, encourage, restore, and to change and transform lives through prayer, deliverance and the Word of God. Through everything you have gone through in your life, God still has His hands on you, and there is enough left for a miracle. Remember with Jesus Christ that all things are possible; and through Him, all things are restored. Be encouraged, be blessed and be restored!

Restored Ministries International, Inc., endeavors to do the total will and work of the Lord. RMI is a ministry of prayer, restoration, and deliverance whose mandates are to encourage the hurting, downtrodden, and outcast. The mission is to reach all whom are poverty stricken both naturally and spiritually with the message of victory through Jesus Christ.
Restored Ministries International, Inc., affects change and transforms lives through teaching, preaching, and boldly declaring the infallible word of the Lord with power, authority, and love and sincerity of heart. It is our mission to save the lost, restore the backslider, and the afflicted through a message of hope, love, forgiveness, and redemption. That through the eyesight of GOD we are all special, created through divine purpose, and great destiny. The ministry communicates a message of peace, joy and strength through Jesus Christ and that through him our purpose, destiny, and desires shall be fulfilled.

What does restore mean? Restore is defined as to take back a possession, to make restitution, to recover and to re-establish one's spiritual wholeness, to cause to come back to life and to make new again.
There is a level of storm, trial and testing that we must all go through so that purpose might be birthed in our lives. My journey began in 1988 when God called me into a ministry of intercession. His mandate to me was, "Take care of my people, and I will take care of you!" During the time of being obedient to the mandate of God in my life, my family sufferred seasons of severe loss. We were evicted from apartments, homes were foreclosed, and cars were repossessed.
We were in the midst of losing everything and eventually ended up homeless. Yet, it was through this turbulent and devastating season that on December 1, 1990, the Lord birthed (out of this lost) Restored Ministries International, Inc., a ministry of prayer, restoration and deliverance. I did not realize that when the Lord birthed this ministry in my spirit that the price I would be required to pay would be so great. But as great as that price seems to be, it can in no way compare to the price that Jesus Christ has paid for us all!

Apostle Dr. Elise Banks is the Founder and Director of Restored Ministries International, Incorporated, an itinerant evangelistic ministry for prayer, restoration and deliverance.
The mandate on her life is to the call of a kingdom revivalist, whose assignment is to encourage, empower and restore the hurting, downtrodden and outcast. Her mission is to reach all who are spiritually bankrupt with a message of victory through Jesus Christ.
Apostle Banks has received the call, commission and power to do the will and work of the Lord. She is divinely clothed with a prophetic mantle and radical anointing. This woman of God is loyal and steadfast in her commitment to ministry. She has served as an intercessory prayer warrior and prayer counselor, culminating in the establishment of the Recovery Zone Prayer services, conferences and prayer line, Bible Institute professor and is a Certified Chaplain of Anointed by God Chaplain and New York Regional Police. She travels extensively ministering as a revivalist, conference speaker, and workshop facilitator, boldly preaching and teaching the Word of God.
Fulfilling her divine authority, appointment and affirmation as an Apostle of the Lord's
Church, Apostle Banks provides apostolic oversight and spiritual covering for numerous
churches and ministries and is a mighty and yielded instrument in the hands of an
Almighty God. She is blessed with a spirit of compassion and love for all people, as a
result of her own personal years of suffering and severe loss.
Restored Ministries International, Inc., is under the spiritual covering of her Apostolic
Father and Pastor, Archbishop Alfred A. Owens Jr., Pastor of Greater Mount Calvary
Holy Church, Washington, D.C. He is the international presiding Prelate of Mount
Calvary Holy Church of America, Incorporated.
A native of Charleston, South Carolina, Dr. Banks received her Master of Theology
Degree, Master of Religious Education Degree, and Doctor of Sacred Theology Degree from United Christian College. She was awarded the Doctor of Divinity Degree and Doctor of Christian Philosophy Degree (PhD) from the Eagle Bible Institute and
Seminary.
Apostle Banks is the proud mother of two daughters, Doria and Keesha, and
grandmother of one grandson, Kamron.
